Meetings are one of the key ways of collaboration in organizations, but they often become a source of inefficiency, loss of focus, and overload of people. The latest innovations in Microsoft Teams enabled by artificial intelligence (AI) are changing that paradigm – not by automating for the sake of technology, but by improving how people work, collaborate, and make decisions.

In this lecture, participants will learn how AI improves the efficiency of the entire meeting lifecycle: from preparing and structuring the agenda to managing the meeting, and from monitoring outcomes to follow-up activities. In addition to Microsoft Copilot for meetings, special emphasis is placed on the meeting Facilitator – an AI-assisted "virtual assistant" that takes over operational tasks such as time moderation, content tracking, recording decisions, connecting relevant knowledge, and working together on documents.

Through practical examples, it will be shown how Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 enable people to free themselves from administrative burdens and focus on what brings the greatest value: high-quality discussion, decision-making, and collaboration. The lecture is strongly focused on "human upgrade" – where AI is a tool that improves human potential, increases productivity, and helps teams and leaders end each meeting with clear outcomes and real business value.
