Generative AI presents remarkable new opportunities that can transform our approach to ERP systems, particularly Business Central. However, the development of generative AI features differs significantly from traditional development methods.

This session consist of 2 parts. In part 1, we will begin with an introduction of what generative AI entails, starting with a historical recap of what has led to the latest Large Language Models. Following that, we will delve into the typical structure of an AI feature. Microsoft has already released several AI features for Business Central, and we will share our experiences and insights.
Additionally, we will discuss upcoming features in future releases.

In part 2, we will deep deeper into how Microsoft develop LLM based features. We will go through some of the basic prompt engineering techniques, talk about language models large and small, agents and much more.
