Power Platform in Production: The Low Code Master Class

You've built the agent. It answers nicely in the test pane, and the custom connector works fine for the one person who set it up. Then someone asks how it reaches production, who owns version two, and what happens when Microsoft retires the feature it depends on.

This masterclass starts there. One full day across Copilot Studio, Power Apps and Dataverse, shaped by the questions and scenarios coming from the audience. Every block is built around live demos in real tenants, and you take the demo material home to rerun in your own.

09:00-10:30 | The platform underneath
Environment strategy and ALM when a single solution holds agents, flows, apps and connectors. How versioning works in Copilot Studio, and what deprecation looks like once people rely on an agent every day. Deployment patterns, including sideloading and publishing through a tenant marketplace. We'll promote an agent from dev to test through a pipeline, with environment variables and connection references doing their job.

10:45-12:00 | Connecting to enterprise systems
Copilot Studio and MCP against the systems your business runs on, and when an MCP server is a better choice than a custom connector (it isn't always). Custom connectors at scale: shared definitions, authentication patterns and policies. We'll connect one agent to the same API through MCP and through a custom connector, then compare what you get.

13:00-14:15 | Agents that actually work
Multi-agent orchestration in low code: child agents, connected agents, handoffs, and the places orchestration breaks. Testing and evaluation before your users find the problems for you. We'll split one overloaded agent into an orchestrator with specialists, test it and deploy it on stage.

14:45-16:00 | Apps, code and what's next
Dataverse skills to build model-driven apps. Canvas MCP and building canvas apps from Visual Studio Code with GitHub Copilot. The Generative Pages builder. A straight look at Code Apps and Vibe: what they promised, what shipped, why they're fading and what to do with the apps you already built on them. Where Managed Apps fits in how you ship and govern. We close with where the platform is heading in 2027 and time for your own questions.

Who it's for
Makers, solution architects, platform owners and pro developers who already build with Power Platform and Copilot Studio. We assume you know solutions, environments and topics, so we won't spend time on the basics.
