Salma Mohammed Salem Al Ketbi is an Emirati educator and researcher specializing in Arabic language curricula. She serves as a Vice Principal and is recognized as one of the leading education professionals in the UAE.

She is the recipient of the Mohammed bin Zayed Award for Best Teacher, named Best Teacher in the Arab World, and is the first Emirati teacher to enter the Guinness World Records for a world-first innovation in creative writing.
