I am currently the architect of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem at Mott MacDonald who are a global engineering, management, and development consultancy. In my role I am enthusiastic about maximising the value gained by staff through adoption and continuous improvement.

My focus is on building knowledge communities, efficient and effective information lifecycle management, and the sustained adoption of the Microsoft 365. I believe in configuration over development.

I am happy to speak on a wide range of subjects from data and analytics, archiving to Copilot and citizen development using the Power Platform as well as my journey in leaving construction to becoming an IT Pro and Architect.

I have been a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional since 2016 which in recognition for my exceptional community leadership, technical expertise, global influence, and commitment to solving real world problems. I am an active participant in several Microsoft early adopter programmes which keeps Mott MacDonald at the forefront of technological change.
