Through my studies in business administration as well as software development, I speak the language of both business users and IT. I see my task in mediating and translating between these two worlds.
Since 2008, I have been involved in the design and development of a digital workplace for my clients. My task is on the one hand the project management of such projects and on the other hand the consulting and the development of concepts for a digital workplace.
Since 2010 I also lead the team of project managers and consultants at SOLVION information management GmbH.
Durch meine Studien der Betriebswirtschaftslehre sowie der Softwareentwicklung spreche ich sowohl die Sprache der Business Anwender als auch der IT. Ich verstehe meine Aufgabe darin, zwischen diesen beiden Welten zu vermitteln und zu übersetzen.
Ich beschäftige mich seit 2008 mit der Konzeption und dem Aufbau eines digitalen Arbeitsplatzes für meine Kunden. Meine Aufgabe ist dabei einerseits die Projektleitung derartiger Projekte und andererseits die Beratung und die Entwicklung von Konzepten für einen digitalen Arbeitsplatz.
Seit 2010 leite ich zudem das Team der Projektleiter und Consultants bei SOLVION information management GmbH.

Based on concrete examples from practice, we will look at which tools from the Microsoft 365 landscape have proven themselves for project management or project collaboration and how they can be used in a meaningful way.
The session participants will be able to take away concrete solutions in dealing with Microsoft 365 tools for their future project work.

In dieser Session besprechen wir zunächst die typischen Herausforderungen, die im Projektmanagement und der Projektzusammenarbeit in verteilten Teams entstehen, insbesondere über Unternehmensgrenzen hinweg.
Anhand konkreter Beispiele aus der Praxis sehen wir uns darauf basierend an, welche Tools aus der Microsoft 365 Landschaft sich für das Projektmanagement bzw. die Projektzusammenarbeit bewährt haben und wie man diese sinnvoll einsetzen kann.
Die Session Teilnehmer können sich konkrete Lösungswege im Umgang mit den Microsoft 365 Tools für ihre zukünftige Projektarbeit mitnehmen.
