Building a Copilot for Dunder Mifflin en nl
Copilot is everywhere and it's getting more and more interesting to build your own Copilot using your own data. But where and how do you actually start? Which options are there to make your data available and how can you keep improving your Copilot?
In this sessions we'll answer these and more questions while building a Copilot for Dunder Mifflin, everyone's favourite paper sales company. As Michael Scott would say: "And I knew exactly what to do. But in a much more real sense, I had no idea what to do."

Building your own MCP server en
The Model Context Protocol is all the rage and rightly so. As the USB-C for AI it is an incredibly powerful tool that acts as a bridge between real-world systems and LLMs. But how do you get started with MCP and more importantly: how do you build your own MCP server?
In this session we'll build an MCP server from scratch using the MCP C# SDK. We'll look at how to build tools, prompts and resources and how to leverage these with our own AI agent in Microsoft Foundry.
Build Your Own PizzaBot en
In this hands-on workshop you’ll dive into how to build a fully-fledged, domain-specific AI agent by leveraging Azure AI Foundry Agent Service. Starting with a simple agent, you’ll gradually extend its capabilities to handle real-world tasks: guiding system prompts, embedding retrieval-augmented knowledge, invoking custom tools, and finally connecting into a live agent orchestration server via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own “PizzaBot” that is capable of answering domain-specific queries, calculating order options, and interacting with a live pizza-menu/order backend.
This workshop is ideal for developers, AI practitioners and technical decision-makers with basic Python familiarity who want to go beyond “chatbot” and enter the world of agent architectures, tool-enabled LLM workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
