In 2017, Pantoja chose to sell ICORanker.com to Codebase Ventures, a publicly traded company for $2.5 million. This choice made him a millionaire and gave him the foundation and funds to start Quant Index, a company focused on investing and developing emerging tech.

In 2020, Armando was awarded the IBM Blockchain Award for his innovations in using Blockchain to Crowdsource COVID-19 Solutions.
