Thao Tran is the Founder of Ditox. Ditox teaches businesses, schools and families on how to use technology in a healthier way. With their proven 7-Step Digital Wellbeing Wheel, Ditox provides engaging workshops, programs and events to help you overcome digital overwhelm and balance technology with confidence. Businesses see a significant uplift in staff wellbeing especially among remote workers who are most impacted by tech fatigue and isolation, leading to a more engaged, productive and resilient workforce.
Thao promotes digital wellbeing to help reduce mental health issues worldwide. She has presented at Google DevFest, Women Who Code, and at The International Families & Fathers Conference in Los Angeles, California.
Thao earned her Bachelor of Business & Commerce degree from Monash University in 2015. While studying, she worked in digital content marketing and strategy for over 15 years in global organizations including Pearson, Qatar Airways and Maybelline New York.
She has lived and worked in Melbourne, Sydney and Qatar, and has seen and experienced first-hand how mental strength leads to not only confidence and resilience, but also greater happiness and life fulfilment.
In her spare time, Thao is an emerging actor with training from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), Script Analysis at The Acting Career Center with Kurt Yue (Cobra Kai), and the Melbourne Playback Theatre. She has been featured in Australian tourism campaign Every Bit Different, the TarraWarra Museum of Art, Sports Entertainment Network and also been in TV Series White Fever and All Her Fault. As ‘tha0ie’, she is an enthusiastic pop rap music artist and songwriter, who has performed at various venues including RIPE Hip Hop in St Kilda and at the South Asian Festival in Melbourne, Australia.
Thao seeks to connect with and interview people with an interest in digital wellbeing, technology and social media to positively change their lives.

It will reveal 5 main secret hacks to scroll better with technology. It will empower people including developers, designers and techies to create and consume technology from a 'beta' to a 'better' way that helps reduce worldwide social media and tech anxiety, depression and mental health issues. It will discuss my stories and struggles with social media/tech and mental health, and experiences with technology that made me create a future world-leading digital wellbeing community. It would be great to speak on this content at this conference but personalised to your event.
