Doing Science in the Cloud
In the days before the cloud, when you needed to do complex scientific simulations you had to use a powerful workstation or a supercomputer.
With the cloud, it is now possible to use high performance computing to run simulations at scale and using techniques such as parallel computing to reduce simulation time.
In this session, Victor will talk through some use cases and show demos of how to use Microsoft Azure to run complex simulations such as machine learning based molecular modelling worklaods.
There will be lots of science, and some really cool graphics.
