Amplify Diversity Through Mentoring

Stop losing talent and leaving money on the table!

Diversity mentorship programs can empower a wide range of employees to share their experiences, ideas, knowledge, and opinions for equal opportunities. Through diversity initiatives, employees can learn cultural awareness to create an inclusive company culture.

Diversity mentorship programs create an environment of trust, belonging, understanding, encouragement, and support for diverse employees. It allows employees to voice their challenges, overcome obstacles, and find solutions.

This will result in inspiring employees to perform to infinity and beyond.

Unlocking Empathy With VR

According to Harvard Business Review, traditional unconscious bias training does not translate to the profound behavioral change you might expect.

In fact, only 10% of training programs gave attendees strategies for reducing bias.

In comparison to traditional methods, VR can also help people understand fairness and inclusion concepts effectively.

Being able to live and feel someone else’s experience through their lens provides behavioral and cognitive learning, which is more effective in retention, and that increases pro-social behaviors such as compassion and empathy more than both classroom and online learning.

VR training can help people experience the biases and behaviors that impact underrepresented populations and slowly dismantle the bias as empathy builds.

Breaking Barriers: Why We Need to Share the Stories of Neurodivergent Women

Did you know that many women with conditions like autism and ADHD often go undiagnosed until much later in life—sometimes not until adulthood?

It's not just surprising, it's heartbreaking.

This delay can leave so many without the right support, care, or understanding they deserve.

But here's the thing—we can change that.

During this session Vivian Acquah will discuss how through sharing different and real stories of neurodivergent women, we can start to knock down some of these stereotypes.

We can increase people’s awareness and start discussions that might just alter people’s lives.

Every story is a chance to provide access to empathy, comprehension, and vital resources for individuals who have been overlooked for so long.

Vivian Acquah, CDE® , a certified inclusion strategist, is a passionate advocate for pulling back the curtain on these often-misunderstood experiences.

She knows how vital it is to spotlight the stories of neurodivergent women and to amplify their voices.

Join this session and be part of something powerful.

Together, we’ll dive into the unique stories of these incredible women and see how sharing their experiences can spark real change.

Because when we listen, we learn—and that's how real transformation begins.
