Andrew Kiser spent over a decade in Customer Service, IT Support, and Knowledge Management roles before transitioning to his dream job of being a writer, game designer, and professional Dungeon Master. He is now the owner of Quills & Quests where, through fiction writings and games, he explores heroism as a means of self-improvement, promotes mental health awareness, advocates for fair play, and fosters creativity.

Andrew hosts, writes, designs, and publishes his own Dungeons & Dragons adventures. He also provides various professional Dungeon Mastering services as well as interactive gaming experiences for individuals, groups, private parties or corporate events.
