Next Level Security - How to protect your Microsoft 365 Cloud and Data

Many companies have already taken their first steps in the Microsoft Cloud. However, many are not yet utilizing the full potential offered by this step.
On the one hand, critical data must now be protected, on the other hand, many Microsoft Cloud customers have areas available in the licence that are not being used.

Learn in this training how we can protect our data and employees thanks to MFA, Conditional Access and Intune, as well as other tools. Also how we can make access to local resources and applications more secure relatively easily thanks to the application proxy, for example.

Microsoft Teams Voice - Use the full potential of Microsoft Teams

One of the most important communication tools besides email and chat is still telephony. Due to the pandemic, more and more companies are using the Microsoft Teams Platform as a collaboration platform.
The focus is primarily on collaboration on documents, Apps in Team and chat.

However, Microsoft Teams has other functions that can be used to exploit the full potential. This is the (no longer so) classic telephony.
In this session you will learn what the benefits of Teams Voice are, how they can be planned and implemented. As well as the new possibilities that arise from it.

The time of a classic telephony system which stands like an icon in your own datacenter is over. Make full use of advantages such as decentralized working and other advantages.

Possible architectures, application examples, extended solutions such as reporting, IVR etc. by third party manufacturers are also covered in this session.

Phishing attack prevention in Exchange online

One of the biggest dangers in today's working world for our employees are phishing attacks.
Therefore it is important that our employees are sensitized to this danger. Drago shows in his session how we can train and sensitize our company thanks to ATP
and the simulation option. A live demo will be used to plan, set up and run a simulation.

The way to the (hybrid) cloud - With Microsoft 365

Chat, call, meet online and collaborate in real time. This session will highlight exactly what is possible with Microsoft 365 and how a conventional infrastructure can change to get your business ready.
Learn the differences between Exchange and Exchange online, what cloud identities are available, the difference between conventional telephony and Microsoft Teams, how real-time collaboration works in the cloud and how we can protect our data and documents.

Under the hood - how “EOP” works

Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) is a cloud-based email filtering service designed to protect your organization from spam, malware, phishing, and other email threats. Here’s a breakdown of how EOP works:

- Connection Filtering: When an email enters EOP, it first undergoes connection filtering, which checks the sender’s reputation. Most spam is blocked at this stage.
- Malware Filtering: The email is then scanned for malware. If malware is detected in the message or attachments, the email is quarantined. Admins can manage these quarantined messages.
- Policy Filtering: Next, the email is evaluated against any mail flow rules (also known as transport rules) that you have set up. These rules can trigger specific actions, such as sending notifications or redirecting emails.
- Content Filtering: The email is further inspected for spam, phishing, and spoofing. Based on the filtering verdict, actions such as quarantining the email or moving it to the Junk Email folder are taken.
- Delivery: Emails that pass all these filters are delivered to the recipients.

Key Features:

- Anti-Malware and Anti-Spam Protection: Built-in and customizable policies to protect against malware and spam.
- Anti-Phishing and Anti-Spoofing: Protection against phishing and spoofing attacks.
- Quarantine Management: Admins can manage quarantined messages and set policies for user interaction with quarantined emails.
- Mail Flow Rules: Customizable rules to control email flow and apply specific actions based on conditions.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Tools for message tracing, security reports, and monitoring email traffic.
EOP operates on a global network of datacenters, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Duration: This session will last approximately 45 minutes, including a 10-minute Q&A segment at the end.
Audience: This session is designed for IT professionals, system administrators, and anyone interested in email security

Signing emails, what is that?

Message encryption, DMARK, SPF, these are all terms that are well known in the world of messaging. In the past, however, more and more customers have approached me and asked me what kind of ribbon is on the e-mail they received from their bank? Or what exactly is a "message signing"?

In this session, we will cover the following points on this topic:

What is message signing?
What is it useful for?
How can I create and manage (and renew) my S/MIME certificates?
What are the ways to implement message signing?

Learn the most important points about mail signatures

Data Classification – How to start with Sensitivity Labelling and DLP

Data classification, sensitivity labelling and DLP are on everyone’s lips and more and more companies are considering using these technologies.

What sounds simple, however, requires certain preparatory work. We will show you what these preparations are at our event here.

The aim is to find an answer to the following questions:

How many labels make sense for my company?
How should I name these labels?
How do I decide which label to put on which document?
How does auto-labelling work?
Which licences do I need?
What is DLP and how do I use it?

What you need to know about Data classification

Teams Voice - Build your own Call Center by using native Tools.

Having already learned a lot about Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, we now present the next series of face-to-face trainings.
In this training we will learn how to build a call centre including a robot.

We will also learn what needs to be considered and what options are available to us.

Implementing Administrative Units

We all know that the authorization hierarchy in the cloud is flatter than we know it from the on-premise Active Directory world. So how can I define areas in the cloud so that administration is more dedicated and area-specific?

In this training course, you will learn how this can be solved with administrative units and which points need to be considered in preparation.

Get ready for Copilot in Microsoft 365

Everyone is talking about it AI is taking up more and more space in our world, everyone knows about Chat GPT and other tools. Microsoft has also launched a groundbreaking innovation on the market - Microsoft Copilot.
But what exactly is Copilot? What versions are available? How can I use the new technology for my company?

In this training, you will learn about the different options and functions of Microsoft Copilot.

Also, how it can be used in your organization together with Microsoft 365 apps to improve the productivity of your employees.
