She is the founder of Possibilities Unlocked, where she specializes in building scalable HR systems, strengthening leadership capability, and coaching HR professionals to increase their influence at the executive level.

Stacey works extensively with high-growth, multi-site and private-equity-backed companies, guiding them through organizational design, onboarding redesign, culture alignment, leadership development and HR infrastructure buildouts.
