Maximizing App Potential: Integrating Azure Insights and Process Mining for Enhanced User Experience
In the dynamic landscape of application development, it's not just about making apps better for users. It's also key to spot and fix performance problems early. If not, these issues might slip through, leading to unhappy users, poor app performance, and even users giving up on the app. Catching these problems early is vital to keep your app competitive and in good shape.
Our session offers a smart solution: combining Microsoft Azure Application Insights with your apps and using Process Mining for deeper analysis.
Azure Application Insights gives detailed statistics on how people use your apps and how well they perform. By linking this service with your apps, you get a clear picture of both usage and performance. We go a step further in this session by bringing in Process Mining. This tool takes all that data and turns it into useful insights. It shows you exactly how users interact with your app and where it can be improved.
We'll also look at the role of Copilot in Process Mining. Copilot is like a smart helper, making it easier to find and fix any issues. It speeds up analyzing data and makes it simpler, which is great for both developers and those making decisions.
Join us in this session to learn how to connect your apps with Azure Application Insights and use Process Mining and Copilot for thorough analysis.

When AI Becomes my Teammate: Transforming Customer Service with First‑Party Agents
Every service leader remembers that moment when a customer issue slipped through the cracks—not because a human failed, but because the system around them couldn’t keep up. I once worked with a support manager who told me, "We're not drowning in cases… we’re drowning in the small stuff." Misrouted tickets, Outdated knowledge, Missed quality checks. All the invisible friction that chips away at customer trust and agent morale.
That's where Microsoft's first‑party AI agents step in—not as replacements, but as teammates.
In this session, I'll explore how built‑in agents like the Case Management Agent, Quality Evaluation Agent, Customer Knowledge Management Agent, and Intent Agent quietly take on the repetitive, error‑prone work that humans shouldn't have to worry about. These agents don't just automate tasks—they create space. Space for agents to think, to empathize, to solve real problems. Space for supervisors to coach rather than chase issues. Space for organizations to deliver service that feels personal, not pressured.
You'll see how these native agents integrate seamlessly into Dynamics 365 Customer Service, how they evolve as your data and processes evolve? and how they complement custom solutions built with Copilot Studio to form a complete, intelligent service ecosystem?
If you've ever wished your support team had an extra set of hands—or an extra brain—this session will show you how first‑party AI agents bring that dream closer than ever. It's not just about smarter service. It's about empowering the people behind it.

Getting started with Power Pages - DeepDive
Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI may be the most well-known components of the Power Platform. But there is another module within Power Platform, which allows you to communicate and interact with internal and external users. This full-day workshop will help you to get started with Power Pages.
Power Pages are built on top of data stored in Microsoft Dataverse or Dynamics 365. A good data model and security concept are important parts of the Power Pages architecture. You will understand how to configure Power Pages, that only logged in users will have access to the respective data, by managing user access using roles, permissions, and authentication methods.
Once you have your data in place you will learn how to design your first Power Pages, bring content based on views and forms to the pages, and how forms and fields can be prefilled based on existing data. Then you will learn how you can customize the layout of Power Pages, and which possibilities you have to create your own layouts enhance and how to customize the navigation of your site and create headers, footers and menus.
We will also cover how to include Power Automate flows or SharePoint to your Power Pages.

Copilot to orchestrate complex tasks by extending with plugin
Microsoft Copilot Studio lets you create powerful AI-powered copilots for a range of requests—from providing simple answers to common questions to resolving issues requiring complex conversations. Engage with customers and employees in multiple languages across websites, mobile apps, Facebook, Microsoft Teams, or any channel supported by the Azure Bot Framework.
Microsoft announced at Build 2024 that developers and independent software vendors (ISVs) can extend Microsoft 365 Copilot using plugins. These plugins allow Copilot to orchestrate complex tasks using natural language.
Build plugins to integrate their own line-of-business apps directly into Copilot. The integrations available include OpenAI plugins that connect ChatGPT to APIs, Microsoft Teams message extensions, and Microsoft Power Platform connectors.
In this session, we will see how we can extend Copilot's skills by transforming your app into a plugin that increases user productivity across daily tasks and workflows.
Building Power Pages Sites in an AI-First Era: Vibe Coding, VS Code, and Dataverse MCP in Harmony
If you’ve ever built a Power Pages site and thought, “Why can’t this feel smoother… more modern… more fun?” — you’re definitely not alone. For years, customizing Power Pages meant bouncing between the design studio, browser previews, and whatever editor you preferred, hoping everything stayed in sync. And yes, we’ve all had those moments where a tiny Liquid tag broke an entire page.
That’s exactly why Vibe Coding feels like such a breath of fresh air.
In this session, Victor and me will walk you through how Power Pages is stepping into a new era where editing doesn’t feel like work — it feels like flow. With Vibe Coding, the page becomes your canvas. You tweak UI, write Liquid, adjust JavaScript, and watch it respond instantly. But the real magic happens when this experience meets VS Code and the Dataverse Model Context Protocol (MCP).
With MCP, your Power Pages site and Dataverse metadata finally speak the same language across tools. VS Code becomes a fully connected editing environment — giving you real-time schema awareness, IntelliSense for Dataverse tables and columns, structured navigation of site artifacts, and seamless two‑way sync with Power Pages. No more copy‑paste, no more exporting, no more “Where is this file actually stored?” Everything just… flows.
Together, Vibe Coding + VS Code + Dataverse MCP unlock a smoother, smarter, more enjoyable development rhythm — whether you're a maker trying to style a page without breaking anything, or a pro‑dev building complex business logic with Liquid and JavaScript.
Join this session to see how these capabilities transform the Power Pages experience end‑to‑end, letting you design, code, and iterate in a way that finally feels right.

Power Platform Developer- Securing Azure Logic apps HTTP endpoints?
Logic Apps are great but exposing them as publicly available HTTP service is clearly far from perfect. This session shows how to solve this challenge by using in-build offering or API Management service which be used to secure Logic Apps HTTP endpoint with Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Keys or the other ways.
If your logic app uses a request-based trigger, which receives incoming calls or requests, such as the Request or Webhook trigger, you can limit access so that only authorized clients can call your logic app, this session will be very useful to plan and execute security Implementation in your Logic Apps endpoints.
So don't miss it and plan some time to attend this learning.
