Hello!

My name is Dilyana, but usually everybody calls me DD.

My favourite Microsoft product is D365 Marketing, which I have been blogging, posting, and talking about on social media for the last 2-3 few years now. I love getting involved with the Microsoft community out there, I speak at a lot of events and try to help out people at different forums where and when I can. If you want us to do a joint event together, I think that would be absolutely amazing, so definitely give me a shout. 😊

I got my first Microsoft MVP (most valuable professional) award this year (2021), which I am so proud of. I feel so lucky with all of the friends I have made within the community as part of that journey. (UN)fortunately, I have now had to give up my MVP because I recently stared a position as a technical specialist with Microsoft in the Healthcare vertical.

After work you can find me in our Taekwondo gym. I have been a black belt for the past 14 years. My favourite colour is blue (sometimes purple), and my favourite kick is a high section reverse hook kick.

That’s me in a nutshell, so if you want to share the love for #D365Marketing, #Taekwondo, languages or just have a chat, give me a shout.

How to become a zero complaint organisation using AI builder, Customer Insights and Power Automate

The reason complaints are so problematic is because by the time complaint is made, the damage to the relationship with your customer has already been done.

What if we showed you how you could use Microsoft's AI builder to predict if someone was likely to make a complaint or if a situation was likely to develop into a complaint before it happened? Sounds good, doesn't it? What if we could take this further, using customer insights to surface this information and create a proactive "complaint intervention" using Power Automate. Let's take action before our customer feels inclined to complain, lets become customer service superheroes!

Real life Marketing scenarios with D365 Marketing

A session covering the crucial importance of instant communication. In times of a pandemic, more than ever keeping people informed, could mean not only keeping them updated with the latest trends, but also.. alive.
We will use D365 Marketing to showcase how event management, mobile marketing (sprinkled with some AI), and Teams come together to form the perfect Marketing strategy.
See you there. 🌈

Customer Voice Surveys in Dynamics 365 Marketing

To join this session: https://bit.ly/2ZKLa6z

Microsoft's Wave 1 2020 introduced a new and flashy integration between D365 Marketing and Customer Voice (the new name for Forms Pro).

With the old 'Voice of the Customer' deprecated, this makes the Customer Voice Surveys capability in D365 Marketing only more exciting.

Let's have a look together to see what we can and should do. 🤩

Personalise your marketing with D365 Marketing

Do you remember life before Dynamics 365 Marketing?

Successful marketing is now very focused on adding that personal touch to everything you do with regards to your customers. Generic messaging will not cut it anymore when it comes to your customers.

What I will show you in this session is how Dynamics 365 Marketing has landed. We will look at how it fits into the Dynamics eco-system, run a live demo, and demonstrate the many options for engaging and communicating with your customers, or even your own staff, through customer journeys. We will show you a segment, an automated scoring model, event management, marketing pages, marketing forms, Forms Pro surveys and a marketing email. And as if this wasn't enough, we will have a look at some of the touch points between AI and Dynamics 365 Marketing. I can't promise Dynamics 365 Marketing will change your life, but I can promise it will add some colour, pretty pictures and insightful graphs to it!
