Group supervision as a Learning Laboratory Agile Professionals
I will talk about how I applied my knowledge and skills about peer coaching and group supervision methods to support agile coaches and product owners from different teams. Group supervision is a model where members reflect on their work in a group setting to enhance individual and collective skills. It can involve experiential methods to boost self-awareness and relationships or cognitive approaches like case presentations to improve problem-solving and finding new angles to looping challenges. By pooling skills, experience and knowledge of all the group members, the group supervision session becomes a learning laboratory.
I truly believe superivision could be new "gold" for reflections and continuous personal and professional growth in agile world!
Build Adaptiveness by transforming resistance into resilience and growth
As agile practitioners and "lovers" of Kaizen, we know that resistance to change is feedback, not obstruction. However, do we really know how to manage & understand resistance so much that it would grow to be a part of the positive resilience within teams and in organizations? And prevent burnout and hard feelings?
Over the last 2.5 years I have studied both resistance & resilience, worked with teams as well as with coaches. I am ready to challenge agile community's understanding of these buzzwords.
In today’s organizations, challenges are often unpredictable: new technologies, global crises, shifting customer needs. Both resistance & resilience play important part how to be better prepared to survive these changes, thrive & innovate through them.
Welcome to the interactive workshop that includes recent studies and theories, learning about the context influencing our experiences of resilience and resistance and finally how to transform resistance into resilience & growth.
