I See User Sessions: Microsoft Clarity for Power Apps Code Apps en

What? Code Apps are the React-based way to build in Power Apps - and they can be wired to Microsoft Clarity to see how users actually use them. This session walks the full journey: building the integration, deploying it, keeping it secure, and using it after go-live to understand real user interaction - anonymously and GDPR-compliant.

Why? Dataverse tells you what was saved, not what users tried to do. After deployment you are effectively blind: rage clicks, abandoned forms, features nobody finds. Clarity's session recordings and heatmaps give you the behavioral truth - if you wire it in right.

How? Live, end-to-end: SDK integration in a Code App, environment-aware configuration, secrets done right, and the twist - three Clarity projects, one per environment (UAT, functional testing, production). Each captures behavior at a different moment of the project lifecycle, so you get sharp insight at every stage instead of one blurred picture.

Your Users Don't Hate Technology. They Hate Change. en de

We've all been there. You build a brilliant Power App, automate a frustrating process, or introduce a tool that should make everyone's life easier. Yet somehow, people still prefer their Excel spreadsheets, emails, and old ways of working.

Why? Because successful technology adoption isn't just about building great solutions. It's about understanding the people who are supposed to use them.

In this session, we'll explore the psychology behind resistance to change and why even the best business applications sometimes struggle with adoption. We'll look at how habits, cognitive biases, uncertainty, and the need for control influence the way people respond to new technology.

Using relatable examples from Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and everyday business scenarios, we'll connect psychological insights with practical approaches to designing, introducing, and driving adoption of new solutions.

Because sometimes, the biggest challenge isn't building the technology. It's getting people to embrace it.

Shared Tenant, Limited Control: The Reality of Power Platform Governance en de

One Microsoft tenant. Multiple companies. Different requirements. And a central IT team holding the admin rights.

In large enterprises, Power Platform governance isn't always as simple as configuring environments, defining policies, and following best practices. Things get complicated when multiple subsidiaries share the same tenant, each with their own business needs, priorities, and responsibilities, but without direct administrative control.

How do you govern a platform when you can't access the admin center? Who makes the decisions when a change requested by one company could affect everyone? And how do you take responsibility for a service when someone else controls the technical implementation?

In this session, we'll explore the real-world challenges of Power Platform governance in shared-tenant environments, where responsibility and authority don't always go hand in hand.

Through relatable enterprise scenarios and practical examples, we'll discuss how to establish clear ownership, improve visibility, navigate conflicting requirements, and collaborate effectively with central IT. We'll also explore a practical operating model for shared governance, covering decision-making, reporting, change management, and escalation processes.
