From Jira to Live: Building AI Agents to Orchestrate Your Sitecore Stack

We’ve been hearing about "AI-driven marketing" for a while now, but for most Sitecore teams, the reality is still very manual. We’re still assigning tasks to content authors, chasing approvals in JIRA or Slack, and manually updating pages in Sitecore AI. Sitecore has empowered us, but the "connecting tissue" is often missing.
In this session, we will walk you through a real-life automation we built connecting different MCP Servers through Visual N8N Workflow.
1. It starts in Jira (Rovo MCP) where an AI picks up a ticket. For example, Marketer wants to change images on some pages & he/she enters the details to JIRA.
2. It asks for a human "thumbs up" in Slack (Slack MCP) before doing anything risky.
3. The AI Agent will now read the Task of JIRA, perform the necessary Content Operations, achieve the required output & inform the Marketer.
a. The LLM extracts the details from the JIRA Ticket to understand what needs to be done. It maps it to the required MCP servers to perform the required actions.
b. It uses a custom MCP server (built on Microsoft Foundry) to handle the entire asset lifecycle in Content Hub with necessary AI tagging and perform all operations from upload to public link generation.
c. Finally, it updates the public links of Assets in the pages of Sitecore AI using Marketer MCP & makes the changes live.
d. It closes the loop in Jira, by updating the task status & informs the Marketer.
This isn't just a "vision" talk. It’s a practical look at how to use N8N & different MCP Servers to build a workflow. If you’re a marketer & looking to enhance your experience in the world of AI with Sitecore, this session is for you.
What you will learn:
• How to connect Sitecore, Jira & Slack into a single, intelligent ecosystem.
• Why "Human-in-the-loop" is the most important part of any AI workflow.
• How to build a custom Content Hub MCP agent using Microsoft Foundry
• How to start thinking about AI for building Agentic Workflows.

The DAM Black Box: Tracking Public Link Assets in Sitecore AI

In modern composable architectures powered by Sitecore AI and Sitecore Content Hub, Public Links make it incredibly easy for teams to distribute assets across websites, campaigns, and partner experiences.

But that convenience introduces a hidden governance problem.

Once an asset is shared via a Public Link, there is no native way to track where it is being used. When a marketing team updates, replaces, or retires an asset, multiple experiences can silently break — from campaign pages to partner microsites and product landing pages.

The inevitable question appears:
“Who broke my image?”

In this session, we will explore how to introduce “Where Used” tracking for Public Link assets in Sitecore environments.

We will demonstrate a practical solution that scans pages and components to detect asset references, capturing metadata such as:

Page name

Component name

Asset ID

Public Link URL

Using automation and schema extensions, this usage data is synchronized back into Sitecore Content Hub, creating a centralized asset usage index that provides visibility before assets are modified or retired.

This approach helps enterprises:

Prevent broken experiences

Improve DAM governance

Protect brand consistency across channels

Finally, we’ll explore how this concept could evolve into a Sitecore Marketplace extension, enabling the broader community to implement standardized Public Link governance.

If you work with Sitecore Content Hub, composable architectures, or enterprise DAM governance, this session will provide a practical solution to one of the most overlooked risks in modern digital experience platforms.

Constructing advanced reports for Sitecore CDP and Personalize using Sitecore Connect and Power BI.

The existing reports & dashboards in Sitecore CDP diligently analyze visitor data, customer behavior and event metrics which includes various categories like Customer Analytics & Exploration of Data of various events.
However, a significant challenge arises when the client looks for more detailed insights beyond the default reporting. There are times when clients are seeking comprehensive reports that delve into the performance of their implemented use cases in Sitecore CDP & Personalize. This problem leads us to think about how to explore the possibilities to provide reports that are not only more relevant and significant but also closely aligned with the specific business needs of the clients.
The objective of our session is to leverage the flexibility of Sitecore CDP to access raw data & create advanced reports tailored to our clients' unique use cases by using tools like Power BI.
We aim to extract, clean & organize data from Sitecore CDP through Audience Export & Batch Segments. Thereafter, leverage Sitecore Connect to feed it into Power Bi. This will enable us to develop those customized reports that clearly illustrate the performance metrics of executed use cases. Ultimately, it will empower our clients to navigate through their business landscape with greater clarity & precision.
By focusing on understanding our clients' use cases & utilizing Sitecore CDP's data lake capabilities, we aim to deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. We will be showcasing these reports using various graph types like Bar Graph, Pie chart, Column & Line charts that can help identify trends & optimize the customer acquisition process.
Although this session sounds more technical in nature due to the various actions we are going to perform between the composable products, it will be very important from Marketing & Business standpoint, as it will help drive value of products, gain deeper insights & make well-informed, data-driven decisions to drive success.

Providing Connected Experiences using Sitecore XM Cloud, CDP & Personalize in a Headless Application

During our good old days, whenever we wanted to personalize experiences in MVC Websites that were based on Sitecore XP Scaled environments, we used to configure the personalization rules in the various components, create profiles and personas to filter out our customer base and play with Campaigns and the engagement value. Everything was already available out of the box and was a part of the same application.
Now, with the Composable DXP, each piece is like a separate building block of the whole Ecosystem, that our customer requires.
As a part of this presentation, we will be seeing a Demo consisting of various personalized experiences for an end user, wherein the Personalization rules inside Sitecore will be triggered based on the Conditions or Audience configured in the CDP.
We will also see how engagement value for a given end user can be collected in CDP, over the course of time, when the user is visiting the website multiple times with the help of extension properties of the user and creating the Personas with the help of Batch Segmentation. We will be using CDP Webhooks to update the Extension properties and Decision Models to show the Persona responses on the website.
We will see the use of Stream APIs and Engage Libraries to facilitate Server-side integration between Sitecore and CDP to fetch the experience results and display on the website.
We will see how we can utilize an End user profile data residing in the CDP, by Configuring Tokens in Sitecore and fetching their values using the Web Experience in the headless website. This will demonstrate integration of XM Content with CDP Data.
As a Bonus, we will see automated data ingestion in CDP using a Time triggered azure functions and the use of Azure Cognitive Services for AI Modeling with CDP to demonstrate the role of AI in Customer Data from a Marketing perspective.

Sitecore + Salesforce: Let's improve a user's journey

In this presentation, we are going to quickly go through the pre-requisites of Sitecore Connect for SalesForce CRM and Sitecore Connect for Marketing Cloud modules. Next, we are going to demo a Use Case as a journey, using Sitecore Forms. When a User Submits a Sitecore Form, the data will go to Salesforce Sales Cloud and the user will receive an email from the Marketing Cloud. We are going to show how we can use the same media library content of Sitecore in Marketing Cloud Emails.
Next, we will Synchronize contacts from Sitecore to SalesForce and Vice-versa – i.e. from Salesforce to Sitecore and show personalization for the user on the Sitecore website when the user visits the website.
