I’m an Engineering Manager with experience across fintech, banking, and automotive. I started out building engineering teams from scratch at fast-growing startups in digital healthcare and entertainment, and that early work still informs how I approach team design and culture.
My work centers on three things: simplifying complexity, reducing friction in how developers build and ship, and applying AI-assisted workflows only where they genuinely empower engineers. I also coach and mentor others, especially women, to pursue careers in tech.

There are no hard and fast rules about how much and how to test a component. In my talk, I'll show you how to start using Test Driven Development for an Android app using Jetpack compose. When using the TDD approach, one begins writing the addition tests before the implementation code.

Getting started on Android UI design hub
The Android Design Hub is a valuable resource that empowers Android developers to create uniform designs for all Android form factors. Incorporating material design for stunning and user-friendly interfaces for Android apps.
While I am not a naturally gifted designer, tools like these have greatly improved my ability to create impactful user interfaces.
Recognizing the importance of user interface design in gaining a competitive edge in the tech field, especially given my non-tech background. I am inspired to share my knowledge and experiences through the Android Design Hub.

High-performing teams aren’t built on technical skills alone they are built on how we talk to each other when the pressure is on. When communication breaks down, we often assume it’s a lack of alignment, but more often, it’s simply a clash of unspoken styles.
In this session, I will share the journey of how our team worked with an agile coach to "reboot" our interactions. We moved beyond simple surface-level updates to deeply understand our communication profiles: the logical Analyticals, the people-first Amiables, the high-energy Expressives, and the results-focused Drivers.
