3 Dimensions of Agile Leadership
You are a leader, regardless your role in your professional environment!
This interactive session invites you to explore Agile leadership keys from a 3 dimensions perspective:
1. The Inner leader: Learn how to reveal and grow your own type of leadership and discover what are the drivers that allow you to reinforce it,
2. Co-Leadership: discover how you are a leader among other people present in your ecosystem, and learn how you can foster shared leadership,
3. Leader at Service: Create the level of awareness that will motivate you the most in your leadership journey: explore how you can put your leadership skills at the service of your team, your organisation and a shared purpose among all stakeholders.
The workshop offers a number of concrete exercices and activities structured as follows on each of the 3 dimensions :
1. Explore your inner leader: What are the leadership archetypes and Agile Leader’s Qualities
2. Co-leadership : Observation among pairs exercice : explore how observation impacts ourselves; use Johari window to develop the co-leadership
3. Leader at Service: Interactive activity on awareness and influence in group dynamics
Innovate Organisations - From Ego To Eco
Because the productivity driven world of the industrial era encouraged us to divide in order to control, we live today in disconnection. Disconnection from ourselves, from our team, from our society. This workshop proposes to shift the paradigm and innovate using "reconnection" principles as defined by the Theory U change model from the Presencing Institute. Theory U is a systemic approach based on observation of emergent patterns. To understand the way theory U operates at a people group level, a concrete framework, "Process Work", by Arnold Minundell, will be experienced.
The workshop is a hands-on experiment of impact of change on each member of a team, including the game change player. The different stages of transformation defined by the Theory U will be experimented via Process Work, and is equally inspired by the model of living systems.
The main intention of this workshop is to offer participants a learning experience of emergent co-created innovation , via quality listening, and the ability to redirect perspective.
The Learning Outcomes of the workshop are :
-Experience the transformation protocol of Theory U by using Process Work
-Learn and concretely experiment the way Theory U operates as a systemic dynamic.
-Sense and redirect the flow of the intelligence of the group.
-Learn how the power of intention along quality listening can redirect focus and spot on potential innovation opportunities
Conflicts and Power Dynamics as Source Shared Growth
An easy way to deal with conflict is denial. We just pretend there is “no big deal” , that conflict is not important. As in any denial process, we just wait-while-we-do-nothing, hoping time will wash it away.
By doing so, we deprive ourselves of a powerful opportunity of growth.
The goal of the workshop is to change your perspective on conflict from “bad” or “embarrassing” to « great » news. We’ll explore how conflicts are implicitly related to rank, privilege and power dynamics.
You’ll be invited to co-create a safe space, so conflicts can be addressed with open heart.
We’ll go through the source of denial and different ways we sense power, making conflicts uncomfortable.
We’ll explore how we can spotlight and sit in the fire of conflicts with ease.
We’ll unfold the process that leads us to conflicts and turn it to a powerful reconciliation practice
The approach presented is inspired by:
- the process work/deep democracy approach of including minority voices in all decisions to avoid ordinary social oppression,
- The liminal thinking pattern: from behaviors to deep needs, created by Dave Gray ,
- the power intelligence model to decrypt our personal sense of power
