Most of us have been there eventually: Inadequate communication in software development projects often means that the product is not implemented in the way the client had imagined at the beginning. Behavior Driven Development (BDD) is getting all stakeholders around the table right from the start and establishing a common understanding of the desired behavior of the software at an early stage. This results in an executable specification that, in addition to the right product, also delivers automated tests and living documentation.

In this talk we will walk together from the first example to the description of the software to the tested and documented implementation in the code.
