The Building Blocks of ROI Full-Day Workshop: Getting the Most from Your Technology Investment
The effectiveness of productivity platforms worldwide hinges on the strength of their end-users. The building blocks of ROI are my personal formula I have developed over my many years' experience leading digital transformation projects around Microsoft, including Teams deployments, Copilot, Exchange, SharePoint etc. With Copilot being the big focus, I will use that as the example throughout the session however the tools can be applied to any technology roll out in the Microsoft ecosystem. The building blocks highlight using tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Viva to communication well, enable change, and increase adoption.
This session topic can also be adapted to a half day workshop with hands on training included for SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage. I have also written it in keynote form and my experience with Microsoft deployments would make me a great addition to any panel.
The Copilot Launch: the who and the how of a Copilot Pilot
In any technology deployment, stakeholders want to know their investment will pay off. Enter the pilot: a small group of users testing out technology and reporting back on the experience. The problem with the pilot is that most organizations fail to select the right users, leading to a misguided conclusion that the product isn't worth it. In this session I will walk through best practices for pilot programs and lessons learned from helping 20+ organizations through their Copilot for Microsoft 365 deployments.
This topic is best fit for a smaller interactive talk, larger keynote with Q&A time, or as part of a panel discussion.
The Impossible Box: How to Get your Dreams out of Storage
Entrepreneurs all have one thing in common: we dream big. Unfortunately, many of those dreams get dismissed because they feel too big. We imagine starting that business, writing that book, or expanding our market but just as quickly as the thought enters, we laugh at our audacity and shake it out. Nope, not possible.
Just like that, it goes into storage; a place in the back of ours mind I call the impossible box because once a dream is closed inside, we don't even try. It sits there next to the other things we think we can never do or goals we will accomplish "someday." Can you relate? If you do, this session is for you.
Kristen B. Hubler will share her personal journey from "Impossible" to Author and Entrepreneur along with methodologies to enact behavior changes to help you dream big, set goals, and follow through. By the end of this session, you will have the tools and motivation you need to take that next big step.
