Mixed Reality Toolkit 3 - in short MRTK, in its third iteration has matured to be a flexible way to accelerate development for Mixed Reality (MR), that is Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), or Extended Reality (XR). With this it is a key enabler to develop applications for the much hyped "Metaverse".

Both internally at Microsoft and in the overall ecosystem, MRTK is used extensively. Not just for HoloLens development, even though this talk will of course cover HoloLens development, but also to enable developing for Meta Quest in the same straightforward and easy way.
