This session starts with looking where are we coming from spending our work-life in a 2D flatland and how we meet and interact today, with different levels of separation impacting our perception of presence and connection to our fellow human beings.

We will then introduce tools of the MetaVerse such as Microsoft Mesh and AltspaceVR or third party offerings and discuss the respective capabilities, how to make use of them, and why there is fundamental new value in interacting in 3D space in Virtual Reality in the MetaVerse when it comes to connecting with our co-workers, friends, and family and the concepts of presence and perception.
