SharePoint people worked and shared knowledge with SharePoint people, while those working with Azure or Dynamics did the same. Teams functioned and operated in silos.

With the move to the cloud, we saw these barriers break down a little - SharePoint experts broadened their knowledge to the wider Microsoft 365 stack, Power Platform led to biz apps specialists who worked across both M365 and Dynamics, but despite these, generally we still operate in technology silos.
