Microsoft Teams has become the global workplace - the place that we all spend significant portions of our working week, whether we are in meetings, chatting or collaborating with our colleagues, partners or customers.

In 2021, Microsoft Viva was launched as the employee experience platform, providing a suite of tools that improve the way we all experience our digital workplace. Viva is accessed through Teams, which firmly cements Teams as the front door for work, the way that we all access the digital workplace. However, organisations are typically only using a small fraction of the potential that is provided by Teams as a Platform.

In this session, I will provide an overview of Teams as the experience platform, including:

- Why Teams is the experience platform
- What Microsoft Viva is and where this fits in
- The frontline worker experience
- Maximising the value of existing technology investments, through the use of collaborative apps and collab controls
