Working wonders at the City of London Corporation

Join me as I share a real life customer journey. We migrated the City of London Corporation from legacy on premise infrastructure to Office 365 and during this session I will share our experience with you focusing specifically on SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive for Business. I will take you through how we moved them from the old world to the new, focusing on pre-requisites and technical dependencies, migration challenges and considerations and the importance of a clear business change management strategy to drive user adoption. I will share clear insights and lessons learned which you can apply to your own Microsoft digital transformation.

Additionally, I will also take you through what we would do differently if we were starting this now, taking into account how Microsoft 365 functionality has improved since we delivered this programme of work.

Director of Innovation & Customer Success, Agilisys Ltd

Zoe is the Director of Innovation & Customer Success at Agilisys, which is a UK based MS Gold Partner who operate typically in the public sector.

In this role, Zoe is currently building out a new Customer Success function who will work across al digital services provided by Agilisys, including both professional and managed services. Innovation and technology evangelism are both core to the success of this function, as well as a passion for delighting and exciting customers with the art of the possible. Additionally, she also works closely with partners like Microsoft on technology innovations, and helping customers maximise the potential of the standard platforms they are using.

Zoe brings together a customer-focused solution background with several years of technology leadership experience and over 15 years experience working with collaborative tools SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies. She is passionate about solving business problems in an innovative and exciting way, and although her primary tech focus has been SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365, she now has the pleasure of working across a much broader range of innovative technologies.
