My journey in technology began in 2004 when I embarked on my career as a .NET Developer, serving as a consultant. As the years unfolded, I transitioned into the role of a CRM Consultant in 2008. My professional voyage led me to collaborate with various organizations in this capacity until I ultimately found my place at Protiviti, where I assumed the role of a Senior Technical Architect.
Within the realm of D365 Customer Engagement, I have been involved since the era of CRM 4.0, accumulating extensive experience and expertise. My work primarily revolves around the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules within D365 CE. Moreover, my repertoire encompasses comprehensive implementation experience with various Azure Cloud and Power platforms.
