The KCD SF Bay Area (a.k.a Kubernetes Community Days San Francisco Bay Area) is a community-driven event dedicated to Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, organized by the community for the community.
It's a unique opportunity to meet professionals, enthusiasts, and innovators, to share knowledge, explore new ideas, and discuss the challenges ahead in the ever-evolving cloud-native ecosystem.

On September 1, 2026, we will bring the Cloud Native community to the heart of the Bay Area for a day full of presentations, interactive sessions, inspiration and new connections.

Whether you are a regular participant or experiencing this for the first time, the KCD SF Bay Area is the perfect occasion to discover fresh ideas, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and contribute to the growth of the cloud-native community.

KCD Washington DC is back for another exciting rendition of shared community experience at the American Red Cross in conjunction with DevOpsDaysDC.

Kubernetes Community Days Gujarat 2026 is a community-led, in-person technical conference bringing together cloud native practitioners, open source contributors, developers, platform engineers, students, and technology leaders from across India.

Organised by volunteers and supported by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), KCD Gujarat is part of the global Kubernetes Community Days program.

Expect practical sessions, real-world lessons, and engineering stories covering Kubernetes, Platform engineering, AI/ML, Observability, Security, DevOps, GitOps, and the broader CNCF ecosystem.

Whether you're contributing to open source, scaling platforms, building startups, or beginning your cloud native journey, KCD Gujarat is a welcoming place to learn, connect, and share.

First-time speaker?

You don't need to be a well-known industry expert to submit a proposal. We strongly encourage first-time speakers and are actively looking for diverse voices and perspectives from across the community.

KCD UK is back in Edinburgh for 2026: the UK's finest community-organised event bringing together individuals and organisations from across the Cloud Native ecosystem to learn, network and collaborate. Kubernetes Community Days UK is supported by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, and organised by community group leaders. Over the course of two days we will share stories of people using cloud native technologies, both successes and failures - through in-depth technical talks, demonstrations of open source projects and workshops. We are excited to welcome back our community in person, and we look forward to getting as many CFP submissions as possible! Submission Details

Talks are either 30 minutes in length, including Q&A (which is completely optional) or lightning talks of 5 minutes.

Talk sessions can include up to 2 speakers, and topics should be relevant to the current state of the Kubernetes and Cloud Native Ecosystem. Some topics we would love to see:

• Success and failure stories - Experiences from the trenches are highly valuable to the community.
• Technical deep-dives - Share your expertise on technical topics.
• Open Source project demonstrations - Do you contribute to a project that’s part of the Kubernetes and Cloud Native ecosystem? Talk about the what, why, and how!

Please limit the submissions per company to 5. This is to help us when we're reviewing and scoring the submissions. We want everyone to have an equal opportunity to speak.

Please note: Vendor-focused talks and sales pitches aren't likely to impress our program committee. We welcome submissions from vendors, however, please ensure your talk aligns with the community focus and is relevant to the Cloud Native open source ecosystem.

Fear not! Community driven conferences are a great place to get started as a technical speaker. We have a friendly and inclusive team of experienced speakers that would be more than happy to discuss talk ideas and assist with talk proposals. Please endeavour to address some or all of the following points:

• What benefit/value does your talk bring to the Kubernetes and/or Cloud Native Ecosystem?
• What do you hope the audience will learn from your talk?
• What makes you the best person to deliver this talk? If you have a unique experience we would love to hear it!

All speakers receive a free conference pass. We usually host a speakers dinner. All talks also get published to YouTube (please let us know if you would prefer your talk is not published).

International speakers: We're honoured that you are considering speaking at our event! Please note - we've chosen to focus our efforts on empowering local speakers, as such we will be prioritising submissions from speakers in the UK & Ireland.
