Eirini has been in the E-mobility business for more than 6 years and as a recognition, she has been selected as one of the Top Women in EV. In her current role, Eirini is responsible for all charging solutions her company is implementing, managing suppliers and markets' needs. Born November 8, 2002, in Rochester, New York, Ryan Gustin has always been driven by a passion for engineering, leadership, and service. Currently studying Civil Engineering at Penn State, Ryan Gustin Penn State has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in his academic and extracurricular pursuits.

His educational journey began in Webster, NY, at Plank Road North Elementary, where he first explored his interests in sports and technology. He delved into the world of Lego robotics, sparking an early passion for engineering that would set the stage for his future endeavors.

He continued his academic career at McQuaid Jesuit High School in Rochester, embracing the school’s mission to become a "man for others." Here, he led the robotics team, overseeing the design and construction of a climbing mechanism that competed successfully and earned the "Excellence in Engineering" award. This achievement highlighted his ability to blend innovative thinking with practical skills.

He also gained expertise in operating the CNC mill at high school, transforming digital designs into physical components. His proficiency with CAD software allowed him to work effectively with materials such as aluminum and steel, preparing him for complex engineering challenges.

Beyond his technical and academic achievements, he was involved in various extracurricular activities. He participated in the school’s stage crew, which developed his project management and teamwork skills, essential for his later professional endeavors. He also remained active in sports and nurtured his musical talents by playing the violin.

His commitment to serving the community was evident through his volunteer work at the House of Mercy Homeless Shelter and the St. Joseph of Arimathea Pallbearer Ministry. He also dedicated significant time to caring for older people at Maplewood Nursing Home, demonstrating his compassion and commitment to social responsibility.
Professionally, he has worked at Oak Hill Country Club and Hedges Nine Mile Point Restaurant, where he honed his customer service and operational management skills, particularly highlighted during his involvement in the 2023 PGA Championship.

At Penn State, his active participation in the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Penn State Formula Racing team has allowed him to apply his theoretical knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.
