Seit über 35 Jahren arbeite ich im Tourismus – einer Branche, in der echte Dienstleistung und Begeisterung zählen. Meine beruflichen Wurzeln liegen in der Organisation und Begleitung von Gruppenreisen quer durch Europa. Diese Anfangszeit hat mir ein tiefes Verständnis für die Wünsche von Reisenden und die Anforderungen an Reiseveranstalter vermittelt.

Heute bin ich bei der TMGS für den digitalen Vertrieb sächsischer Leistungsträger verantwortlich. Mein Fokus liegt auf der intelligenten Vernetzung touristischer Akteure, auf digitalen Lösungen für den Vertrieb und auf praxisnahen Strategien zur Vermarktung von sächsischen Angeboten.

Ich verstehe mich als Brückenbauerin zwischen Tourismuswirtschaft, Politik, Technologie und Gast – mit dem Ziel, den Tourismus in Sachsen zukunftsfähig, sichtbar und buchbar zu machen. Mein Leitsatz: „Sachsen soll am Counter buchbar sein!“

Many times people told me that I should focus on one system or one programming language and become an expert in it. I never liked to listen to such advice.

During over 10 years of career as a SAP consultant, I worked on almost every SAP module ever released. My ABAP code written in Walldorf is probably still used by many companies. I hired, trained and managed tens of great technical consultants. Then I spent 6 years in the IoT and Edge AI business, building technical team while taking care of business development and delivering custom hardware solutions to clients on 4 continents, using (again) many technologies and programming languages.
