If the event organizer uses our Feedback feature, you as an attendee can easily share your impressions of any session you attend and its speaker. Before leaving feedback, you'll just need to check into the session to verify your presence. This is done by scanning a QR code.
Scan the QR code
Find the QR code in the presentation, usually shown at the end of the session, and scan it with your phone. In some cases, the QR code may instead be printed outside or inside the room. No special app is required - your phone's default camera app or any QR scanner will work. On the page that pops up, choose whether to leave feedback immediately (Rate Now) or within 24 hours (Come Back Later). The sessions you've checked into will be waiting for you at SFeedback.com.
Leave feedback within 24 hours
When you’re ready, rate the session and speaker(s) on a 1–5 scale. You can optionally add an emoji reaction that best reflects your experience and leave a comment. In some cases, comments and additional answers may be required, depending on how the organizer configured the feedback form. Once finished, press Submit feedback - and you’re done.
Rate the event as a whole
Some organizers also invite you to rate the event as a whole, from the venue to the networking. If they do, an option to rate the event appears on your feedback page at SFeedback.com after you check into your first session. You fill in this form only once, and it stays open until 7 days after the event ends.
Organizers sometimes open the event form only on the last day, so you can rate the event once you've seen all of it. If that's the case, you'll already see the option, but it will be disabled, with a note telling you when it opens.
Your feedback ID and prize draws
Some organizers reward attendees who leave feedback with a prize draw. Every form you submit counts as one entry, including the event form if there is one, so the more sessions you rate, the better your chances.
Winners are drawn by feedback ID, not by name. You don't need an account to leave feedback, so your feedback ID is how you'll know you've won. You'll find it at the bottom of SFeedback.com, on the same device you used to leave feedback. Each event gives you a different feedback ID, and if you rated sessions on two devices, you'll have a separate feedback ID on each.
If your number is drawn, open SFeedback.com and tap your feedback ID. It will be verified with our server and shown full screen, ready to show to the organizer when you claim your prize.
