We are autism family-owned and operated. Our sons, Noah & Jonah, both on the autism spectrum, work at PVB doing all our bottling, packaging, and keg washing. Kelly was diagnosed with autism in her 50s.
Though small, our brewery is a trendsetter. We were the second brewery in the United States to intentionally make our taproom fully accessible for people with physical disabilities and neuro-diversities. From our double entryway to level floor, to ceiling with LED daylight lights to assist with low vision, to menus with dyslexic friendly font, to our sensory room, to a companion bathroom with full-sized and motorized changing table for ages birth-adult. Aaron is a proud North Carolina native and grew up on the family farm in the mountains of North Carolina. Aaron has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing projects focused on forest management for wildlife in Virginia and North Carolina for private landowners.
The past several years, Aaron has been focused on leading Outsyde, Inc. a company focused on conservation land acquisitions, climate tech, outdoor recreation, renewable energies, blockchain, digital assets, public capital markets and carbon market strategies.
Aaron is a graduate of Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory, NC and holds a degree in Business Marketing and Finance. Aaron splits his time between between Richmond VA and Emerald Isle, NC with his wife, daughter and his Foxhound sidekick “Molly”.

Dr. Garodia is board-certified in Internal Medicine, and a Diplomate of Integrative Medicine and lifestyle medicine. She has also trained in Functional medicine, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Meditation, Mindfulness techniques, positive psychology, Yoga, Acupuncture, Biofeedback, Clinical Hypnosis, Yoga Nidra and various other Complementary and Integrative health modalities. Her Journey in Integrative medicine started 20+ years back. She is passionate about educating and empowering her colleagues and patients.

She serves as the National Education Champion for Whole Health at the OPCC&CT, Whole Health Service Chief and clinical Medical Director at Miami VA, Co-chairs the happiness science and positive health MIG of the ACLM, and serves on the Board of directors for several nonprofits.
