With over 23 years of expertise in product and brand design, Dana has a stellar reputation for applying forward-thinking transformation to digital solutions, particularly in the accessibility space. From deftly steering design, development, and execution to anticipating customer needs, she excels at navigating brands through incorporating innovation and a11y tools into their processes.

She has spoken at MIT, Wharton, CES, Shoptalk, Ad Week and many other high profile events globally.

In the earlier part of her career she was focused on digital creative direction and innovation. She won many awards and received global recognition for her work for some of the largest global retail brands. While always committed to inclusive design principals and human-centered designed, life took a sudden unexpected turn which forever changed her focus and mission as a designer.

In March of 2021 she became suddenly physically disabled due to a rare neurological condition triggered by a virus. In a flash her vision, hearing, balance & mobility and cognitive function was forever changed. She also learned late in life that she was neurodivergent, a life-changing revelation.

Dana's work includes speaking on the topics of disability inclusion and invisible disability awareness, she mentors designers, hosts workshops and trainings.

Recording artist and songwriter 2AM Ricky is best known for utilizing his platform to uplift marginally perceived communities while bridging the intersection of LGBTQ advocacy and entertainment. In 2021, Ricky became the first black transgender male artist to land #1 on any music chart, with his single "Whatchu On (ft. CeCe Peniston)" peaking on the LGBTQ Urban Charts. His extensive portfolio includes several placements with credits including CeCe Peniston, Tyler Perry Studios, Zeus Network and more. Ricky has helped industry professionals, corporate leaders, and creatives worldwide to develop language and best practices for transgender healthcare and education, intersectionality, inclusive strategies, and mental health. His expertise has been shared on platforms such as Revolt Black News, Women's Health, The Advocate, and TransTech. In 2023, he was awarded the Artist Impact Award for his ongoing community work and efforts towards a more inclusive music industry and culture. In the face of a dim prognosis, I refused to succumb to the limitations imposed by my condition. Instead, I embarked on a path of self-discovery and empowerment, determined to carve out a meaningful existence defined by purpose and contribution.

Today, I proudly serve as the founder and guiding force behind a social enterprise and non-profit organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of lived experience, fostering recovery, and championing heart-oriented missions. Jamila Sams, Ed.M. is an educator with over 25 years of experience in educational leadership. As the founder of Go to Ms. Sams Inc., Jamila works tirelessly to provide services to educators, nonprofit professionals, and members of the business community related to: School Culture; Youth Program Development; and Strategic Partnership Development.
