Nos últimos cinco anos, liderei a implantação bem-sucedida de mais de 50 entidades de pequeno e médio porte em Santa Catarina na linha de suprimentos e soluções sem papel. Recentemente, conduzi a implantação desses sistemas em Varginha/MG e atualmente sou líder técnica da implantação dos sistemas de compras e contratos da Câmara de Vereadores de São Paulo/SP.
Ao longo da minha trajetória na gestão pública, testemunhei uma significativa mudança, saindo da dependência e burocracia do papel para a transformação digital. Hoje, um documento pode ser emitido pelo sistema e, em questão de segundos, conferido e assinado digitalmente pelo celular. Essa transformação impacta diretamente na economia de tempo, recursos materiais, impressão e transporte de processos, além de reduzir drasticamente a possibilidade de extravio de documentos.
