I've spent 25+ years proving a thesis most organisations resist: that value lives at the edges, not the centre. The best talent isn't where you expect it. The best ideas don't come from headquarters. And the biggest returns come from reconceiving how work gets done — not optimising how it's always been done.

My route in was making things — directing commercials, editing, VFX, hanging from helicopters to get the shot. That hands-on creative background shapes everything I do now: I don't theorise about transformation, I build it. From a startup that moved high-end visual effects off six-figure hardware onto the desktop, to a globally-distributed operation spanning 1,000+ people across seven countries, built years before remote work went mainstream. Same pattern each time: find value trapped behind an artificial barrier, build the mechanism to release it.

Now I focus on what happens when AI meets real operations — not the demo, but the deployment.

I speak about operational transformation, growth, culture, AI beyond the proof-of-concept, and the patterns that repeat every time new capability demands new ways of working.

Chevron (Commander A9)

Chevron is a gray wolf, gamer, and event host from New Jersey. He works with several VRChat-based convention groups like the Furality Online Xperience, TailBass, Misho's Feeshquarium, Lords of Floof, WaterWolf, Projekt Community, and xCirrex Media to create events and bring people together for fun nights, games, friendship, and great times. He hosts Thursday VRChat Games alongside NoxTheSergal and Scottish Gamer every week (which are often attended with full instances), as well as in-person gatherings monthly. He passionately embraces VRChat and its rave and convention scene, especially with Furnal Equinox, CozyCon, Projekt Community, WaterWolf, and the Furality Online Xperience. You'll find him most often sharing photos on his art galleries to help promote his favorite events and organizations. Furrydelphia, Furnal Equinox, and Anthro New England's first ever VRChat Meet-and-Greets and Intro Panels were co-hosted by TJCoyote, Chief, Chevron, Lilithe Lotor, mBlade, and members of the Fluffy Fur Friends. Motivated by the TailBass and Furality VRChat portals, Chevron is now working to set up VRChat portals and meets at other in-person conventions.

He serves as a Photographer for the Furality Online Xperience, operator for the Operations Department for WaterWolf, Events Host for Projekt Community, and a tournament co-host for xCirrex Media events.

Chevron's love and passion for Furnal Equinox motivated him to cosplay as "Badgie" (Virtual Furnal Equinox 2021's unofficial mascot made of nothing but attendee badges) at the in-person convention in 2022. He reprized his role in-person in 2023 and 2024, and also attends other conventions as "Badgie" who is often referred to as "Attendee Man."

Chevron first attended Furnal Equinox in March 2021 over VRChat. The experience was so enjoyable that he dared to compared his experience at Furnal Equinox to Furality 2000 (November 2020). This motivated him to attend the in-person Furnal Equinox convention for the first time in March 2022. The trip was a first of many for Chevron: His first time in Canada, first time using Lyft, and first time public suiting and marching in a fursuit parade. Chevron has now added Furnal Equinox to his list of yearly attended conventions.

A lifelong player of EVE Online, Mechwarrior, Armed Assault III, Halo, Command & Conquer, and Dance Dance Revolution, Chevron holds a particular appreciation for older games of the late 1990s-early 2000s, such as the first Ghost Recon (2002) and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. His first video game was Mario on the original Game Boy when he was five years old. His admiration of cyberpunk and all things futuristic is on full display with his Illumi Cyberwear LED visor. His fursuit was made by Sarahcat. Outside of the fandom, he works in the IT industry as a cybersecurity administrator and is (jokingly) addicted to Mountain Dew.

Chevron's ultimate goal is to bring people together for fun and great times. He embraces the future with open arms and is eager to dive right into all the fun that can be had together with friends and the fandom.

I spent fifteen years mastering how people actually consume content. I build stories that sell to the distracted, from scroll-stopping social lines to large-scale e-commerce campaigns.

I study what catches the eye, what keeps it, and how language can make brands feel current without chasing trends.

I speak about writing for new audiences and new media, where attention is short, expectations are high, and authenticity alone isn’t enough.
My topics explore how to translate human behavior into clear, relatable communication that cuts through noise and earns response.

Jenny Wynter

Jenny Wynter

Jenny Wynter is what happens when a stand-up comedian and a mental health advocate collide. Based in Queensland, she’s known for taking the stuff workplaces usually tiptoe around - the messy reality of creativity, culture, and mental load - putting it onstage, and turning it into something genuinely unforgettable.

Jenny doesn't deliver keynotes; she runs an intervention. Instead of lecturing on leadership or diversity, she uses her extensive training in improv, comedy, and musical timing to pull the audience into a shared experience. This deliberate method transforms what could be another corporate talk into a session that actually sticks - because people weren't just passively listening, they were playing.

Before she was delivering keynotes, Jenny was navigating the wards of children's hospitals as a Clown Doctor for close to five years - a gig that taught her more about high-stakes improvisation, tough audiences, and managing emotional complexity than all her training with the best of the best, (including Second City and The Groundlings in the States and Loose Moose in Canada) combined. She funnels that rare mix of stagecraft and genuine empathy into her movement, Funny Mummies™, a community built to help mothers protect their mental health through connection and laughter.

Her work has been recognised with significant accolades: the PSA Kerrie Nairn Fellowship, the first-ever ABC iView Pitch Perfect win, Excellence in Cabaret at Melbourne Fringe, Best Variety Show at United Solo Festival in New York, and a Green Room Award nomination for cabaret writing. She’s also a two-time TEDx speaker and holds a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Business Marketing. Online, she leads a Facebook community of around 30,000 women, and performs nationally and internationally, often utilising her knack for improvising songs on the spot, supported by years of vocal and keyboard training.

For event planners, Jenny also brings the practical side: full AV support, a studio with green-screen capability for virtual events, recording facilities, and a tour-ready PA system. She’s comfortable working globally, having delivered virtual keynotes to teams across the Asia Pacific, clients in the US, and organisations in the UK - always ensuring the event happens during the client's business hours, even if it means logging on in the middle of the night from Queensland.

Clients describe her the same way: warm, sharp, and genuinely inclusive. She doesn't just deliver a message; she shifts the energy of the room in minutes, leaving people feeling lighter and ready to act. If you’re looking for a keynote grounded in the messy reality of life, but delivered with the precision of a trained comedian, Jenny is the go-to speaker for an event that is truly energising and grounded in humanity.
