Dr. Lou Tetlan Bio -
Lou received her Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison after which she was an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health, serving in the Neuroradiology Lab on fMRI brain imaging studies.
In addition, she has a Master’s Degree from the UW Graduate School of Business and holds a BFA in Art History, minor in linguistics, from Drake University & VIS Certification in Art History & Studio Arts from Venezia Isola di Studi, Venice, Italy.

Her focus is on the neurobiology of learning & creating 2D formats based on how the brain actually processes visual information. In pursuit of this focus, she developed a 3-step process for creating Cognitive-based Information Design (CID) formats. She is a published researcher and national/international speaker as well as a Professional Trainer and Founder of The CID Group, LLC.

Samuel Rangel, a proud Merced, California native, is a devoted husband, father of seven, and grandfather of eight. He currently serves with the Merced County Human Services Agency’s All Dad’s Matter Program, where he empowers fathers and families through support, education, and advocacy.

With over two decades of service, Samuel has established himself as a licensed substance abuse counselor, Certified Lactation Education Counselor, author, court-appointed gang culture expert, motivational speaker, and community advocate. He is also the co-founder of two nonprofit organizations—Mentoring Odd Jobs Organization (MOJO) and Distinguished Outreach Services—both of which are dedicated to improving the quality of life for Merced County residents with a strong emphasis on youth engagement, prevention, and fatherhood initiatives.

He has worked in Developer Relations and open-source ecosystems at companies including GitHub, Automattic, Gatsby, and Umbraco, helping grow developer communities and adoption around open-source platforms used by millions.

Before DevRel, Allen led IT across an eclectic mix of environments—from nonprofits and manufacturing to running infrastructure for a major metropolitan crime laboratory. Even earlier, he worked in the film industry as a screenwriter and editor, taught gifted students through Duke University Talent Identification Program, and once ran cameras for professional wrestling.

Dr. Konstantinos Marmagkiolis is a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist and Cardiovascular Disease specialist who practices at Tampa Heart & Vascular Associates in Florida. His work focuses on diagnosing and treating patients with heart and vascular conditions through interventional cardiology and structural heart procedures. As a structural heart disease specialist, he performs complex coronary interventions, structural heart valve treatments, and endovascular therapies.
