Armando Picón is a Peruvian software engineer with over 8 years of experience in mobile development and a tech career that began in 2008. Currently based in Santiago, Chile, he works as an Android Engineer at SoftServe, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver user-focused, high-performance applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android practices.

Hiroshi Watanabe, PhD, is a professor teaching quantum physics, semiconductor memories and advanced nanoelectron devices in dept. of Electrical & Computer Engineering, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. He has published many journal & conference papers and invented more than 150 granted patents all over the world (including more than 60 US granted). Until 2010, he had worked for Toshiba’s Headquarter RD Center and been engaged in the reliability study of several electron devices including NAND Flash. He received PhD in theoretical physics in 1994 from U. Tsukuba, Japan. He has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Future of Memory and Storage (FMS) (2018–present) and as a TPC member for IEEE EDTM since 2026. In 2023, he founded IEEE Taipei Blockchain Group and has been Co-Chair of it. He is a member of the SEMI MIS (Metrology & Inspection Summit) Initiatives Committee. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.

Erica is an AI cybersecurity architect and consultant, and was a software engineer and cybersecurity hobbyist for several years before becoming an application security red-teamer in 2018. Since then, she has been earning bug bounties, releasing new CVEs and original exploit techniques, training penetration testers and conducting R&D projects as a cybersecurity technical lead. Erica organizes 2600, a local hacker meetup, and has spoken about hacking, bot writing, and more at many conferences, including Black Hat Europe, SkyTalks, CactusCon, SnowTalks and DEF CON, the world's largest hacker conference.
