Yasmin Mansour is a passionate and accomplished sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience in sustainable facilities management and operations. As Sustainability Director at The American University in Cairo (AUC), she leads the Office of Sustainability, advancing institutional efforts to address critical environmental challenges, including climate change, energy efficiency, water conservation, resource management, pollution, and waste reduction.

Yasmin has played a key role in embedding sustainability into AUC’s operations and strategy, driving data-informed decision-making and cross-campus collaboration. She has extensive experience in developing technical and strategic reports, including carbon footprint assessments, ESG disclosures, and sustainability reports aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She also led the development of AUC’s UN Global Compact Communication on Engagement (COE), reinforcing the university’s commitment to principles of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

She holds a Master’s degree with high honors in Construction Management from AUC and a B.Sc. in Architecture Engineering from Ain Shams University. Yasmin is a certified Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) and Facility Management Professional (FMP) from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
Beyond her institutional role, Yasmin contributes to the advancement of the field through leadership and service. She is a board member of the Egyptian Facility Management Association (EGFMA) and a member of the ISO/TC 267 Facility Management Committee, supporting the development of international standards. Lisa Meinczinger is a highly experienced residential appraiser with over 28 years of expertise in researching, analyzing, and reporting market data across urban, suburban, and rural real estate markets. She is the owner of Advance Appraiser Service, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she has provided comprehensive appraisal services since 2011. Her scope of work includes traditional appraisals, appraisal and forensic reviews, hybrid and desktop products, and relocation assignments. She specializes in complex residential properties, litigation support, and high-performance (green/energy-efficient) homes. She is FHA-approved and has supplemental commercial experience under mentorship.
In addition to her appraisal practice, Lisa is an approved instructor for the Appraisal Institute, with nine years of classroom and webinar teaching experience. She regularly teaches courses on a wide range of subjects, including fair housing and valuation bias, market analysis, highest and best use, desktop and hybrid appraisals, rural valuation, and green building valuation. She is approved to teach in all 50 states and remains actively involved in shaping appraisal education content.
Before launching her own business, she served as a staff residential appraiser at Landsafe from 2005 to 2011, where she was instrumental in training new appraisers and uncovering fraud cases in collaboration with Countrywide and the FBI.
She holds multiple prestigious professional designations, including the SRA and AI-RRS from the Appraisal Institute, the ASA from the American Society of Appraisers, and the CRP from Worldwide ERC. She also holds the CDEI designation from the International Distance Education Certification Center and the RAA and GREEN designations from the National Association of Realtors. She maintains her credentials through regular renewals and continuing education.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 1996 and completed her initial appraisal education in 1998. She continues to pursue advanced training through the Appraisal Institute and ASA, most recently completing Business Valuation coursework (BV101 in 2022 and BV201 in 2023).
An active leader in the appraisal profession, she serves as the Vice Chair of the Appraisal Institute’s National Board of Directors (2025–2027) and Vice President of the Hoosier State Chapter. She previously served as Trustee for the Appraisal Institute Insurance Trust, Region V Education Liaison, and as a board member in both Indiana and Ohio chapters. She has been deeply involved in the Leadership Development and Advisory Council
(LDAC), including as a discussion leader, and chaired the Candidate Guidance Committee from 2020 to 2024.
Her leadership extends beyond the Appraisal Institute. She is the 2024–2025 President of Relocation Appraisers and Consultants (RAC), having previously served as Vice President and Board Member. She also represents RAC on The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC), where she is serving as Vice Chair in 2025 after holding the Secretary role in 2024.
As an engaged member of WERC, she has served on the Service Providers Council, Content Committee, Real Estate Work Group, and Conference Planning Committee. She was awarded the Meritorius Service Award in 2025 for volunteer service to the organization. She is also active in the American Society of Appraisers, serving as Secretary / Treasurer for the Real Property Discipline, a member of the Board of Examiners, a conference moderator, and a contributor to education and webinar development.
