Filip Bugarski is a Software Engineer with experience in designing and implementing software solutions using various modern programming languages and techniques. He is a contributor to the Mainflux IoT platform, where he worked on scalable distributed device management and messaging protocols. He is well-versed in micro-service architecture, database interfacing, Linux containerization, API design and testing. Filip also developed expertise in cybersecurity, working as one of the research engineers on the CoCoS AI project, funded by the Serbian Ministry of Science and Technology. There he gained expertise in Confidential Computing and Trusted Execution Environment technologies, where he researched the deployment of secure computations in a multi-stakeholder environment. Additionally, Filip is responsible for creating responsive web designs and he is developing user interfaces. He holds a B.Sc. degree from Belgrade Polytechnic School.

Alessio graduated in Telecommunications Engineering at University of Pisa in 2011. After an initial period as a PhD student at University of Pisa, he joined ION in 2013 as software analyst in the Core Architecture Team (CAT). Since the beginning, he applied his networking skills analyzing the performances of the ION Platforms of the customers, becoming an expert of performance and platform-wide analysis.During his career in ION, he took care about consultancy projects improving his analysis and communication skills, producing presentations, demos and videos, which allowed him to have a thorough knowledge of the ION Platform and its architecture.Then, he focused his energies in project and product management as a CAT Core product specialist, for which he had to travel often to visit customers both to understand customer's needs and implement new solutions (and this was the most enjoyable part of the work) but also to resolve customer issues (and that part is not really enjoyable).Due to the cloud and network skills, he covers the role of CAT Cloud Engineering team, which is the know-how center for all the automation, cloud engineering and ops in general for the ION Platform, including the related software and the transformation of the apps to become cloud native.He has various hobbies: basketball and football (even if the stamina is not the one of the good old days), playing the bass guitar, and he enjoys playing videogames.
