Dylan started her career in hospitality at Walt Disney World while finishing her degree in Broadcast Journalism at UCF. Dylan splits her time between Mount Dora and New Port Richey, but reside in Fruitland Park with her husband, Barrett and their three dogs and two cats. - worked as a general manager of a Korean hostel and a tour operator for Korean market in a Croatian DMC company (Uniline)
- worked as a tour leader for Croatian Olympic Committee at 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic games
- worked as a simultaneous translator in various occasions, but most recently for King Sejong Institute in University of Rijeka (UNIRI) which resulted in its opening in September
