Data Science Leuven brings together statisticians, data engineers, data-driven business people, ML and AI specialists, PhD students, researchers, product designers, market researchers, … in Leuven. We organise regular meetups with 3 speakers every event.

We are a 100% community meetup, organised by volunteers, without sponsors. We are always on the lookout for engaging data talks that share a story, a lesson learned or an insight to the insight. No sales pitches.

The South African Azure Usergroup is for anyone interested in Cloud computing, with a specific focus on Microsoft's Azure platform.

We meet the third Friday of every month from 12pm to 1pm EST. Currently we are meeting remotely on Teams.

We are .NET Zuid, a User Group for and by software development professionals who work with Microsoft technology.

.NET Zuid has two goals:

• Share the passion for technology in an informal, friendly setting
• Bring together companies and talent in the South of the Netherlands

We are very passionate about technology and everything that is needed to create awesome software! We like to share this passion by organizing knowledge events for new and not so new technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft.

We distinguish ourselves from other user groups by not only addressing technology, but also handling soft-skills. We believe that the current software professional has to be a progressive technician, but also needs the right set of soft-skills to be successful.

We do all of this in the South of the Netherlands. This is because we would like to organize events that our Southern Software Heroes don't have to travel too far for.

It is also because we think there are some awesome companies in the South of the Netherlands that do awesome stuff with software but aren't too well known within the community of software professionals. That's why we enable these companies to showcase themselves during these events, in a friendly atmosphere.

Of course, all our activities are FREE for our members!

We are Rust Vienna, a group of local developers and enthusiasts who want to share and exchange knowledge, experience and ideas about the Rust programming language. We meet regularly to present our projects, experiences, ideas and more.

Anyone may submit talks, so if you'd like to share anything in regards to Rust, whether it be a project you're working on, a concept that you'd like to explain, an idea you want to present or a library you want to introduce people to, please let us know!

We always aim for in-person meetups at interesting locations or venues in Vienna. If you're a company or venue that would like to host us, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@rust.wien.

Speaking at or attending at our meetups in Vienna is always 100% free.

NOTE: Dates are always subject to change! We usually hold talks on the last Thursday of every other month, but sometimes have to move the dates around by a day or two. Once an event has been announced on our Meetup.com page, the date is set in stone.

Kubernetes Austin is the official Kubernetes meetup for Austin, Texas. We host talks from anyone doing cool things with Kubernetes, including companies using K8S in production or vendors who are pushing the boundaries of what K8S can do. Presentations are demo focused and not sales pitches.

This group follows these three central ideas:

1. We believe in open sponsorships, so anyone can cover the cost of food, space, and travel for speakers. To not price out smaller vendors, sponsorship prices are not set beyond the cost. Organizations donating speakers, food/drinks, or space will automatically count as sponsors for the event.
2. We believe in democratized organization, so anyone in the Kubernetes community that wants to help organize can be a part of process.
3. We believe that all Kubernetes Meetups should be democratic and those that do not allow others to take part in organizing and sponsoring are not in the spirit of open source.

The Central Iowa Java Users Group (CIJUG) is a user group for application developers in the Central Iowa area. Our goal is to provide a welcoming community for developers of all skill levels to grow in their understanding of software engineering. Thank you for your interest in speaking at our community events! Our goal is to host a free monthly meetup for members, usually in-person at a sponsor's office or other location in the northern Virginia vicinity - that's primarily Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, and Prince William counties. We do some times host events online or hybrid.  We often co-host with the Cloud Native DC community group as well. In total, we reach about 3,000 members each month.

We are looking for speakers interested in sharing their knowledge and expertise on.....

• Any of the 1200+ projects in the CNCF Landscape
• Free and open-source software development in general
• Tips, tricks and inspiration for creating or maintaining an open source project
• Any topic close to your heart in the Free and Open Source Software community

We're pretty flexible on topic, format, speakers, etc. but by policy, we will automatically reject any proposal that is an obvious product or company pitch.  For that, you're welcome to inquire separately about sponsoring our group.

Dates for future events are placeholders.  We try to hit a Tuesday evening mid-month, but we can accommodate a change in date at your convenience if you're selected.

The Granite State (NH) Microsoft 365 Users Group holds free, community-supported monthly meetings for all things Microsoft 365... this includes everything Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and even Microsoft Windows. "Purple Elbe" ist eine User Group rund um das Thema Cyber Security.

Ob Blue Team, Red Team oder Purple Team; alle sind herzlich willkommen.

Während der Usergroup-Treffen finden alle zwei Monate statt und wir werden Vorträge mit Live-Demos, Diskussionen und offene Runden (Ask me anything) oder Barcamps als Formate anbieten, um sowohl den gemeinsamen Austausch zu fördern als auch Wissen zu teilen und auszutauschen.

Die Sessions richten sich überwiegend an Personen mit Basiswissen im Bereich Security auf dem Techlevel 200-300. In einzelnen Fällen werden auch Deep-Dives angeboten oder auf Wunsch Überblicksessions.

Wir als Organisatoren haben durch unseren Job einen starken Fokus auf Microsoft und bringen in dem Bereich unser Wissen und unsere Erfahrung ein. Die Usergroup ist dennoch herstelleroffen, sodass wir uns über alle Themen austauschen können und nicht Microsoft-Sessions freuen.

Die Meetings werden hybrid stattfinden. Eine Aufzeichnung ist nicht vorgesehen.
