The Atlanta .NET User Group is an independent user group formed by developers for developers. The group is the result of combining the Atlanta ASP.NET and Atlanta VB User Groups.

We are a founding member of INETA.

This User Group was formed for several reasons:

BuildIT is a new monthly event series for tech builders and innovators to collide over emerging trends. Hosted at the Post Building in Downtown St. Louis, BuildIT Nights will host 4-6 tech leaders as they share front-line case studies, disruptive ideas, and leading-edge opportunities unfolding in the data economy.

This is a face-to-face event, hosted in Downtown St. Louis. Presenters need to be in the St. Louis area. There isn't any speaker compensation for this event.

The Minnesota SQL Server User Group (PASSMN) is organized to bring professionals of all career levels that work with Microsoft's Data Platform, together to learn and network with others. There is no charge to attend and you are encouraged to bring your co-workers.

Our technical sessions provide a professional, fun and educational environment for all levels of expertise. We typically meet the third Tuesday of every month at 3:30 PM Central Time.

We have two 60 minute session blocks in our agenda, so submitted sessions should be either around 60 mintues or 120 minutes (we can end early if you have a 1.5 hour session).

Cloud computing is already a multi-billion dollar business for Microsoft, and yet Azure is just now hitting its stride. Perhaps you're a long-time MS stack developer wondering "where do I go from here?" Maybe you're a seasoned dev manager or director curious how cloud in general and Azure in particular might fit into your next project. If you're looking for the future of Microsoft on the server and in the enterprise... you've found it! This group caters to all things Microsoft Azure and cloud computing. We'll explore a range of topics in three key areas (in likely order of decreasing frequency):

1. Nuts-and-bolts Azure dev tools, APIs, features, etc... "how to accomplish in Azure"

2. Higher-level topics on cloud computing patterns, architectural best practices, data access strategies, etc. with a focus on applying these in the Microsoft Azure environment

3. Business-oriented topics like cloud economic and pricing models, cloud migration strategies, legal and compliance implications of the cloud, etc.

Ultimately our topic list is determined by the interests of the group members. We meet monthly and vary meeting formats as needed; mostly a 30 minute meet-and-greet followed by a 60-90 minute presentation, but some months we'll do two smaller presentations, we'll even try multiple 15 minute lightning talks if we have sufficient interest. We'll keep things relatively informal... as long as the sessions are relevant and engaging for the audience, that's what matters most. Hope you'll come out and join us!

We allow all data platform topics from SQL on premises to the newest Fabric SQL Database as well as other data topics. If you work in data and think your topic would be of interest to other data professionals we welcome you!

Kompetensdagen är en intern kompetenskonferens som anordnas av Omegapoint Academy åtta gånger per år. Vem som helst kan hålla ett pass och alla anställda är välkomna som deltagare.

Oregon Data Community (formerly Oregon SQL,  PASS chapter) is a volunteer led user group dedicated to the Microsoft Data Platform, supporting the Oregon and Southwest Washington community of Data, BI and Analytics professionals. Jax Data (formerly JSSUG) is a registered non-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable organization providing free technical education relating to the Data Platform surrounding Microsoft SQL Server. Brian Knight founded this group in January 2003 to create a community for database developers and administrators in the Jacksonville area. Jax Data aims to educate, share knowledge, best practices, and network. Today, it is a community focusing on data, development, administration, and business intelligence. Free meetings are open to the public on the third Wednesday of every month.
