Vad är Kompetensdagen?

Kompetensdagen är en intern kompetenskonferens som anordnas av Omegapoint Academy åtta gånger per år. Vem som helst kan hålla ett pass och alla anställda är välkomna som deltagare.

Ämnena som tas upp på de olika passen ska vara relevanta för vår kompetensutveckling och/eller bidra till att vi utvecklas som konsulter, kollegor eller människor - i vid bemärkelse.

Normalt hålls Kompetensdagen mellan klockan 13.00 och 17.00 den andra arbetsbara fredagen varje månad, med uppehåll under sommaren (juli och augusti) samt de månader då den stora kompetenskonferenserna OpKoKo och LoKoKo anordnas. Lunch ingår för alla som anmäler att de vill ha det och den serveras cirka klockan 12.00. 

We are a group dedicated to providing our community with education on SQL data technologies. Any topic related to data, AI, and SQL query languages is welcome.

Our group normally meets Thursday from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM PST.

We are .NET Zuid, a User Group for and by software development professionals who work with Microsoft technology.

.NET Zuid has two goals:

• Share the passion for technology in an informal, friendly setting
• Bring together companies and talent in the South of the Netherlands

We are very passionate about technology and everything that is needed to create awesome software! We like to share this passion by organizing knowledge events for new and not so new technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft.

We distinguish ourselves from other user groups by not only addressing technology, but also handling soft-skills. We believe that the current software professional has to be a progressive technician, but also needs the right set of soft-skills to be successful.

We do all of this in the South of the Netherlands. This is because we would like to organize events that our Southern Software Heroes don't have to travel too far for.

It is also because we think there are some awesome companies in the South of the Netherlands that do awesome stuff with software but aren't too well known within the community of software professionals. That's why we enable these companies to showcase themselves during these events, in a friendly atmosphere.

Oregon Data Community (formerly Oregon SQL,  PASS chapter) is a volunteer led user group dedicated to the Microsoft Data Platform, supporting the Oregon and Southwest Washington community of Data, BI and Analytics professionals. We host monthly use group meetings and an annual SQL Saturday conference event. 

We are affiliated with the PNW Data Community who operate community-focused user groups throughout the Pacific Northwest.

The Jacksonville SQL Server Users Group (JSSUG) is a registered non-profit 501c3 charitable organization providing free technical education relating to the Data Platform surrounding Microsoft SQL Server. Brian Knight founded this group in January 2003 to create a community for database developers and administrators in the Jacksonville area. JSSUG aims to educate, share knowledge, best practices, and network. Today, it is a community focusing on data, development, administration, and business intelligence. Free meetings are open to the public on the third Wednesday of every month. Meetings include presentations, technology announcements, local job opportunities, and quick brainstorming/guidance for users experiencing difficulty.

We are a group of people who seek to share knowledge and experience about data and cloud technologies with those who want to learn. Tech on Tap is a free monthly meetup for the tech builder community, hosted at Urban Chestnut Bierhaus in the Grove. We typically have 70-90 attendees who are early to mid-stage developers, designers, analysts, project managers, and customer success managers in the tech industry.

This is a face-to-face event, hosted in St. Louis and Metro East. Presenters need to be in the St. Louis area. There isn't any speaker compensation for this event.

This is an in-person networking lunch.  These presentations can be done in person or virtually.  

We make every effort to start promptly at noon and finish at 1pm EST to ensure everyone has time to get back to work.

The Rhode Island Data Platform group has been meeting since the early 2000s.  Since Covid-19, the group meets once a month remotely using Webex.  We are looking for speakers for the upcoming year.

We are excited to announce an event series of AI sessions showcasing AI tech by passionate persons and companies who have successfully created and deployed AI solutions.
