Rory Schmier is a construction professional and ranch manager from Arboles, Colorado, whose career has been built on practical experience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to hard work. Born in Durango, Colorado, he spent much of his childhood moving throughout the state with his family. His early years included living in Pagosa Springs, where he attended school through the fifth grade, before relocating to Monte Vista. After finishing school, Rory began his professional journey as a farmhand on a local family farm.
