Jung Min (Kevin) Kim is the Associate Director for the Asian American Center at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he directs student and faculty academic engagement and research projects in Asian American studies. Prior to joining the AAC he served as a collections researcher and lead curator for the Asian Pacific American Foodways Project at the Anacostia Community Museum (ACM), a joint project between the ACM and the Asian Pacific American Center that documented the diversity, power, and resilience of Asian American food cultures in the Washington, DC region.

She was eager to explore various fermentation disciplines and transitioned to working as a Distiller at McMenamins in 2018. Later, she became the inaugural Head Distiller at Shine Spirits in 2019. In addition to her hands-on experience in cider and spirits production, Shannon also dedicated her time to education. She worked as a general aide for the Business of Craft Beverages class at Portland State University, collaborating closely with Mellie Pullman. Jose Rogelio Fung Corro, (born March 29, 1988), often known by his initials, J.FUNG is a Panamanian software freedom activist and Engineer. He campaigns for software to be distributed in a manner such that its users receive the freedoms to use, study, distribute and modify that software. Software that ensures these freedoms is termed free software. Fung launched the Digital Culture Project in the Fire Department in Panama, founded the Panama Java User Group, developed differents Database for the Fire Department in Panama and different software and tools for Education in Panama.

Fung was one of the Instructors for the MuNET Project wth the AIG in Panama and the University of Panama with create new tools for the Project. With this, he also launched the free software movement in Herrera. He has been the ASPASOL and Panama Java User project's activist and organizer, he founded the Free Software Movement in Herrera.
