Oliver Yates (also known by many as ‘Leaf’) is a performer and workshop facilitator. Leaf is a passionate play activist and is driven to help people find their most sincere way of living. Since discovering clowning at Buddhafield festival in 2021, they have been an avid student and practitioner of the art of clowning, learning as much as possible and running workshops in their home town of Sheffield. They run the Sheffield Laughter Club, perform regularly as a worm and a preacher on the Sheffield alternative comedy circuit and are part of the musical improv comedy trio ‘Susan Got My Kidney’. Leaf was introduced to Scrum a year ago and has since been an active participant in Scrum Exchange. Leaf has run their own Tree Surgery company since 2020.
