My career began in the IT industry, where I have taken on varied roles in the tech industry, across Europe, Asia, North and Latin America. Over the years, I have led projects and coached individuals, teams, and organizations through Lean-Agile transformations and cultural shifts, helping them achieve high performance and self-management.

I have been instrumental in guiding early-stage companies toward exponential growth, playing a key role in transforming several into unicorns in Argentina. Yunning Zhang is the Arnaldo Momigliano Postdoctoral Scholar at the Department of Comparative Literature at the University of Chicago, where she received her Ph.D. in August 2025. Bridging global early modern studies, critical race studies, and Asian American studies, her research examines how race, religion and aesthetics intersect in textual sources and visual arts of colonial Latin America and Iberian Asia. More broadly, her teaching and scholarship engage questions of extractive and settler colonialism, queer relationalities in the archive, and the afterlives of transpacific slavery and indenture labor in contemporary visual, literary, and curatorial practices. Tony Iovino is currently a Fellow with the EveryLibrary Institute. He was the Assistant Director for the Oceanside Library from 2015 to 2025. Prior to that, he was the head of litigation and managing partner for a law firm he started in 1986. Tony received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, his JD from St. John's University School of Law, and his MLIS from the University of Kentucky.

In his role at Oceanside, Tony transformed the Library by dramatically increasing its outreach into the community, increasing program attendance 81% without a single extra dollar, markedly increasing circulation, and ultimately shepherding a $40 million renovation of the Library facility.

Tony is a published author and poet. He served on the Oceanside School District Board of Education and has served as a director and attorney for dozens of non-profit and public boards.
