1991 – Pete met Angel Wallenda of the world-renowned Flying Wallenda’s – After meeting Angel, Pete wrote the song ‘Life On The Wire’. The song was used in a TV feature on ABC about Angel’s life story. The song became Angel’s theme song for her shows before her unfortunate passing in 1996.
In 1995 Pete wrote and performed the song “Tell Me Why” which was written for the Oklahoma Disaster. His song was aired nationally. Major newspapers across the nation had written articles about his song. ABC Television did a featured interview on Peter expressing their thanks for what he had done.

The turn of the century did Peter good…. In 2000 he had the opportunity to hook up with one of the greatest rock guitarist in the business, Richie Scarlet. Peter performed on Scarlet’s new CD “The Insanity of Life” featuring artist like: Ace Frehley, Leslie West, Ty Tabor, Anton Fig…and toured in 2002 as Richie’s keyboardist and background vocalist. Behind these 2 big ears, it's me. With my degree in Art with distinction, I have though decided to pursue a "traditional" career in "normal" offices, in front of a computer. but when I have free time, I am back to my pencils and colours and bring back to life to Lapin Mignon.

For those who know me, I am crafting just anything with anything. I love recycling stuff and give it a soul and a tale.

And it starts at the youngest age, I would go round pick up all I can find to build my little world

You can easily picture the fact, that when I was a kid, one of my teacher trick me by leaving in his bin some crating material, that I would steal, made of Grammar and Science Book, and old vintage fountain pens.

And I started to draw and write endlessly. Perfecting the curves and the lines. I hate models - All come from my pure imagination. And the digital art is opening new horizon to my hunger of creation.

I'm Socrates Charisis, a CS student that dropped out of University 10 years ago to turn into a self taught UX Designer and then turned into Entrepreneur.

During 2015-16, as a UI designer, I was designing mobile apps & firmware for the elderly, focusing on accessibility.

Since 2017, after a few startup attempts, I co-founded Quintessential SFT, a Digital Product Agency, based in Athens, Greece, that works with businesses and startups across the world. Quintessential Designs & Develops software. We are currently a small agency of 30 people, most us them developers & designers.

There, I lead the design initiatives, leading a team of 5 designers and I also undertake design projects from scratch.

Since 2018, I am also serving as the Figma Community Advocate of Athens, one of the first Figma local communities, facilitating & running IRL & online events, bringing creatives and leaders together.

In 2020, I became a certified User Experience professional, from the NNg group and in 2022 I upgraded my certification to User Experience Master.

Since 2021 I am also helping people go through their online UX studies on DesignLab and eventually land a job in the industry. There, I've served as a mentor for more than 35 people that went the full distance (joining, graduating, landing their first UX job).

During 2022, about a year ago, my team and I started working on our biggest design challenge so far. The redesign of public.gr.

On my weekends and since January 2023, I'm also contributing on ADPList as a volunteer mentor, providing some mentoring sessions to anyone who's interested in the Design world.
