Katie is the web lead for the College of Arts and Sciences, the largest academic unit at the University at Buffalo. She provides web development, technical support, training and strategy for the College's 30 departments and 25+ programs and their roughly 115 web editors. As a member of the College's Marketing and Communications team, she also serves as the College's accessibility liaison to the university's Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Chuck embarked on his technology journey during his final years as a Navy Musician while simultaneously completing his degree in Management Information Systems. Transitioning from the Navy, he found himself at a Cathedral and school, initially contributing to the music ministry. He has also run Meticulous (a UX and design consultancy) since 1997. Prior to PowerFleet, he was the VP of Design for CargoSense and before that, the Lead for UI/UX and Front-end Development–Internal Apps at LivingSocial. Dr. Ayse Glass has a doctorate in architecture, her specialty is acoustics, as well as algorithmic and generative design. After studying architecture, she completed her Master's degree in building physics and materials science with a focus on concert hall acoustics. She received her doctorate in construction technology. She developed a design method and an interactive simulation program, together with a computer scientist. Part of the work was to analyze the generated data for design optimization. She is also a practicing architect with buildings in Istanbul, Italy, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Turkmenistan, and Libya.
