Professor Aigbedion Isaac holds a B.Sc. in Physics, with a specialization in Geophysics, from the former Bendel State University, Ekpoma. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Geophysics, and a Ph.D in Exploration Geophysics from the University of Benin, Benin City, in 2004. His postgraduate research focused on Petrophysical Analysis of Selected Onshore and Offshore Fields in the Niger Delta, Nigeria, with a strong interest in Clean Energy Generation.
In addition, Professor Aigbedion earned a Diploma Certificate in Reservoir Management from HoT Engineering, Austria, during a specialized training held in Dubai.
Recently, he led a research team involved in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Clean Energy Generation using Geothermal Resources, commissioned by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
Professor Aigbedion has published over ninety (90) scholarly articles in Exploration Geophysics and Geology. His academic leadership roles include serving as Dean of Students, Director, and Chairman of the University Admissions Board. She earned her master's degree in Low-Carbon Environmental Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she specialized in photocatalysts for hydrogen production, and completed her bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering at Soochow University. She also has industrial experience in IKEA, FORVIA, and Valeo. Prior to her PhD studies, she accumulated three years of consultancy experience in carbon reduction and energy efficiency.
