Five years ago, I was asked by Mike Beedle to join his project on Enterprise Scrum. Unfortunately, Mike passed away, and I used my org development and behavioral analysis research to write my first book in 2020, "The New Normal: AO concepts and patterns of 21-st century agile organizations," and "Swarming X4" in 2021.
I'm a certified agile master coach with several agile certifications levels, still interacting with many initiatives on the evolution of work.
I don't distinguish between development and an executive committee of a global organization.
In 2014, I created Play14 (www.play14.org) with two colleagues, a global initiative on facilitation and serious games.

Llevo en el mundo de los proyectos digitales desde el año 2001, tanto en empresas de producto (Grupo Castilla, Tecsisa) como en empresas de servicios de consultoría (Calibre 360, Leadclic).
En ambos mundos he tenido que lidiar con proyectos utilizando un amplio abanico de metodologías, y desde que en 2014 descubrí la Agilidad ya todo cambió.
Desde entonces he desarrollado el rol de Product Owner en distintas compañías y proyectos, colaborando con Tigalia desde el año 2020 donde imparto formación en distintas organizaciones que quieren aprovechar todas las oportunidades que brinda la agilidad.
Soy Licenciado en Ciencias del Trabajo, MBA por ESADE, además de estar certificado en PMP, Scrum Master, HR Agile, etc.

Matt Schuetze is a Field Architect at Cisco on the AppDynamics product. He is responsible for preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining AppDynamics to customers and prospective customers. He confers with customers and engineers to assess application tooling choices and helps clients resolve application performance problems. Matt runs the Detroit Java User Group and the AppDynamics Great Lakes User Group. He speaks at user groups and industry trade shows regularly.
He has a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from MIT, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Michigan.
